Our Process Explained
Order
Choose one of our Genetically Tailored Workout Systems based on your specific goal and experience level. Your DNA test kit will arrive within 3-5 days.
Spit
After receiving your DNA collection kit, follow the instructions for providing a saliva sample. We extract your DNA from cheek cells in your saliva. These cells are preserved in the special buffer enclosed with your kit, so your sample will reach us in excellent condition, no matter how long it spends in transit.
Send
Send your sample back to us in the same box in which it arrived. Postage is paid if you are within US, Canada or UK. For all other countries you will need to pay for return postage, we recommend using your country's standard postal service.
We analyze your DNA
Processed by our certified lab
When we receive your sample it is sent to our certified UK laboratory for processing, which typically takes 2-3 weeks. At the lab, our team extracts the DNA from your saliva sample and analyzes it.

After your DNA analysis is complete, you will receive an email notification that your results are ready. Your DNA analysis, personalized workout advice, and genetically tailored diet plans are safely* stored in your own personal Member's Area.

Workout
Based on your DNA and lifestyle data, we give you a genetically tailored plan telling you exactly when and how you should work out to achieve your goal.
Diet
Your genetic and lifestyle data, coupled with your body composition goals allow us to create a personalized, safe and balanced nutrition plan with the optimal caloric load and macronutrient ratios for the physique you desire.
Your personal trainer
Member's Area
Your results and recommendations are uploaded to our secure Member's Area and updated as the science evolves. You'll have easy access to all of your gene results, workout and nutrition plans from your desktop or mobile device.
