Green protein smoothie

This energizing smoothie is great for breakfast or a post-workout snack! Packed with nutrients, fiber and protein to keep you full and satisfied throughout the day.

***Allergen Warning: Contains peanuts***


1 cup fresh spinach (30g)

1 cup milk or milk substitute (240 ml)

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (30g) 

1 Tbsp peanut butter (15g)***

1/3 cup chopped pineapple (75g)

1 cup of ice 


  1. All all ingredients to blender 
  2. Add more milk as needed to blend smooth
